Soft Ice Cream Machine (Mr Whippy)

This machine will make 6 x 3oz ice cream cones every minute. (one every 10 seconds).

Power requirement: 240volts.1352 watts (initial start-up) @ 8.5amps.

reducing to 1250w. @ 7amps.

Weight 90kg…..If there are steps to be encountered, we will have to be informed!

Dimensions:

Ice cream machine: 55 x 40 x 68cm.

Promotion use is best on the top, which has a base area of 40 x 50cm.

On the front is a small area (not very visible) of 20 x 30cm.

The back is 40 x 55cm.

On the sides of the machine an area of 30 x 50cm (left) and 25 x 50cm (right).

The trolley frame: front and back is 50 x 69cm. and the sides are 60 x 69cm.

When an enclosure /structure is to be made, ventilation is required of 7.6cm on all sides.

The top most be left without any obstructions, to allow for filling and topping up.

Ice Cream Freezer – Scoop Ice Cream

Holds 28 boxes of 24 (120ml) tubs.

There are 5 hanging baskets; each basket holds 2 layers of 3 x 4 litre tubs.

The top layer of 10 tubs can be can be used for display of the open tubs.

There is further storage for another 20 x 4 litre tubs underneath. 50 x 4 litre tubs in total.
A 4 litre tub of ice cream will provide up to 30 scooped ice cream servings.
